What? I'm Still In?

I can't believe it. I managed to win one of the the three reentry slots. The odds were roughly 3/61. I had even considered not daring to try.
Edit: Looks like not everyone who lost in the first round tried out for the special event. I guess the odds weren't quite so daunting after all.

When I lost round 1 of =ProfessorM's Desire OCT, I figured that I'd made some mistaken guesses about the nature of my audience's preferences. Or maybe I was just a talentless hack.

Since I couldn't do much about the second possibility, I tried making a different set of literary gambits. It looks like I did something right.

Yay, congratulations for still being in, at least to some degree. :)

I read the first part of your latest literacy entry, but didn't get further than that, mostly because of time issues. I have a total of 11 long literature entries sitting in my inbox, waiting to be read. :faint:

Thank you. And yes, I'm fully in Round Two, just like everyone who actually won their Round One battles. Well, except for the fact that now my opponents have to read more stuff. :evillaugh:

Ah yes, the long reading list. I'm afraid my entries will start being a bit lengthier than they were in the beginning. It looks like brevity isn't as much a priority in this tournament as I thought.^^;
